IDX Conversion Process

What Do I Do If My MLS Merges With Another?

IDX Lite Links

This link will be located under the member’s Flexmls Account.

  • It can be found under Preferences > IDX Manager.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Retrieve IDX Lite Link':

Members are responsible for installing the new links to their website or having a developer perform that task. 

Advanced IDX Smart Frame Subscribers

For members who have a paid subscription to our Advanced Smart Frame service, new links will need to be generated. FBS Products’ IDX Support will activate their IDX service and generate 2 links:

  • MLS Property Search Link
  • My Listings Saved Search Link

These links will be located under the member’s Flexmls Account. They can be found under Preferences > IDX Manager within Flexmls. Members are responsible for creating any other IDX links they would like to have and install the new links to their website or have a developer perform that task. 

IDX WordPress Plugin Subscribers

For members who have a paid subscription to our IDX WordPress Plugin service, new links and WordPress Plugin credentials will need to be generated. To obtain new IDX WordPress Plugin credentials, members should request these credentials by emailing:

FBS Products’ IDX Support will activate their IDX service and generate 2 links:

  • MLS Property Search Link
  • My Listings Saved Search Link

These links will be located under the member’s Flexmls Account. They can be found under Preferences > IDX Manager within Flexmls. Members are responsible for creating any other IDX links, re-installing the WordPress Plugin credentials, and replacing Widgets to their website or have a developer perform that task.
