Installing IDX Links on Facebook

With the help of a third-party app you can allow searching for listings on your Facebook page!

Step #1: Download Static HTML(ThunderPenny): and click the 'Add Static HTML to a Page'

Step #2: Select your business page from the drop down list and click 'Add Page Tab'

Step #3: It should route you back to your Facebook Business Page and look like this. Click on 'Set up tab':

Step #4: In the Content Tab paste your iframe link. Your IDX Links can be found in the IDX Manager of Flexmls. After you have pasted your link click on the 'Save & Publish' button:

Step #5: Click on the 'Actions' tab > 'Edit name and image' and give your new tab a title. Click 'save tab name':
    NOTE: You may be prompted to login to Facebook and give the app permission before renaming your tab. Allow.

Step #6: Click on 'Save & Publish' then 'View on Facebook' in the upper right corner and it will take you to your newly created page:

If you are running into any issues or are not seeing the same screens as above we suggest that you try the following:

- Check Permissions: "If you are already an admin for a Page, but your current Admin Role doesn’t allow you to add custom apps/tabs, you can contact the Manager of the Page to request further action (find out who this person is by going to your Facebook Page's Admin Panel > Edit Page > Admin Roles.
