Part 1: Google Analytics and Flexmls Smart Frame Setup

  1. If you have not already done so, create a property in Google Analytics. Create one Analytics property for each website you want to collect data for. Creating a property generates a Google Analytics ID.
  2. Find the Google Analytics ID (You'll use this Google Analytics ID in your setup.):
    • Sign in to your Analytics account.
    • Click Admin.
    • Select an account from the menu in the ACCOUNT column.
    • Select a property from the menu in the PROPERTY column.
  3. Under PROPERTY, click Tracking Info > Tracking Code. Your Google Analytics ID is displayed at the top of the page.mceclip1.pngmceclip2.png

  4. In your Flexmls account, go to Preferences > General Preferences, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your Tracking ID under Google Analytics Tracking ID and click Next to save.

  5. Now your IDX Links and Google Analytics are connected. You’ll be able to use the Google Analytics Tools to view the activities of your IDX Links.
