You may see this popup when trying to delete a Saved Search:
"This saved search cannot be deleted. It may be used with your Flexmls IDX subscription or it may be marked as protected. For FBS IDX support, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org."
When this happens you will need to do the following:
- Navigate to Menu > Preferences > IDX Manager. Delete all of the IDX links associated with the Saved Searches you are trying to delete. Once the link is deleted the Search will be unlocked.
- If you are unable to delete the IDX link please reach out to IDX Support with the list of searches you wish to delete.
- Navigate back to Search > Saved Searches and then delete the search.
